Description

Lead front-end technical direction and implementation for complex UI solutions in the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex architectural problems using object-oriented analysis and design patterns.
• Lead development efforts across onsite and offshore teams using Agile methodologies.
• Own UI layer quality through unit and automation testing.
• Manage integration of front-end components with RESTful services and backend systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in front-end development and object-oriented design.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, Ajax, and JSON.
• Expertise in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web service integration.
• Practical knowledge of unit and automation testing tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Understanding of ELK stack and logging practices.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore project models.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in the insurance industry.
