Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement micro-frontend frameworks to enable independent deployments and team autonomy.
• Build responsive UI components and scalable, reusable libraries using System and Atomic Design principles.
• Manage complex application state using Redux and ensure seamless integration with Node.js/ExpressJS backends.
• Integrate Playwright for test automation within CI/CD pipelines to guarantee stable, reliable releases.
• Leverage AI tools to automate code reviews, documentation, and test generation to boost team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building enterprise-grade retail and e-commerce applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in React (10+ years) and Next.js (3+ years).
• Strong command of Redux for state management and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and ExpressJS.
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines and test automation strategies.
• Deep understanding of micro-frontend architecture and system design.
• Minimum 5 years of specific experience in the retail domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI-driven tools into development workflows.
