Description

Lead technical delivery for complex front-end projects and guide developer teams. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee quality assurance, and implement performance optimization and coding standards.
• Participate in technical feasibility studies, architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Convert UX wireframes into functional UI code implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Track Lead.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Extensive experience with Angular, React/Redux, NextJS, or Backbone.
• Strong knowledge of Webpack, RESTful APIs, and RESTful design patterns.
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and front-end architectures.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers and web application design.
• Knowledge of security concepts including XSS and SQL injection.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within distributed teams.
• Experience with WebRTC and real-time communication protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Visual Designs and Figma.
• Experience setting up monitoring, alerting, and analytics systems.
• Contributions to open source projects or influence in web standards.
