Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent analysis to identify and resolve strategic issues affecting business operations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor and track performance metrics, addressing any issues promptly to maintain system efficiency.
• Support production issues by performing root-cause analysis and diagnosis independently without supervision.
• Stay updated on industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations and individual learning.
• Focus primarily on business operations within BMO, with potential enterprise-wide implications and impact assessment.

Experience Required: 5-7 years of relevant experience in RPA and software development with advanced knowledge in RPA domain and UiPath technology.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
