Description

You own the stability, availability, and performance of web applications in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and drive resolutions for web application outages.
• Analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes and optimize performance.
• Implement process improvements through automation and enhanced monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments.
• Utilize service management tools to track, resolve, and report on incidents and requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support and system reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, specifically incident and change management.
• Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk.
• Proficiency with service management tools like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Programming experience in JavaScript, Node.js, or Java.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments.
