Lead the technical direction of the frontend stack and scale frontend solutions within an eCommerce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the frontend stack to align with business goals and long-term architecture.
• Architect and scale frontend solutions specifically for eCommerce environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and backend teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to support team growth.
• Optimize web performance across devices and browsers to ensure fast load times.

Required Skills

• Over 15 years of IT experience with a focus on frontend leadership.
• Expertise in React, NextJS, and GraphQL.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify for eCommerce applications.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern frontend tooling including Webpack and Babel.
• Practical understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and eCommerce analytics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
