Description

You will design and implement user-centered experiences for enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and designers to balance user needs with business requirements.
• Optimize and simplify complex processes to reduce cognitive load and minimize user errors.
• Utilize existing Design Systems and UI styles to maintain consistency across applications.
• Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.
• Perform design quality assurance during development to ensure accessibility and project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design focused on enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Dreamweaver.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user journey maps.
• Strong understanding of interaction design and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design insights.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating enterprise application work, including methodology and outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
