Lead frontend architecture and development for scalable UI systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own UI technical design and enforce coding standards and performance optimization.
• Guide and mentor UI developers through code reviews and technical problem solving.
• Manage build and versioning using Webpack, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and product teams for high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and Higher-Order Components (HOCs).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Webpack for build management.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in product-driven teams.
