Description

You design and implement testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability for UI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable testing frameworks and define testing best practices.
• Lead testing teams, mentor engineers, and drive methodology innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product goals.
• Perform software and system testing, including defect detection and resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on scripting experience using Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend validation, and performance testing.
• Expertise with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
