Description

You will own the development and maintenance of UI test automation for an Excel-based add-in.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for the FDR Excel-based add-in.
• Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using UFT.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze resulting defects.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and summary reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in UI test automation.
• Proficiency in UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
• Strong expertise in VBScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Excel object model and Office automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bamboo or Github.
• Experience with defect tracking using JIRA.
• Experience with source control systems like Bitbucket or Github.
• Knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Skills

• 13+ years of total working experience.
• Experience with complex Excel add-in architectures.
