Description

You will perform functional, integration, and system testing on web applications and integrations across various browser configurations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on test case sign-off, execution, and reporting.
• Design and execute test plans and test cases for integration projects on the Force.com platform.
• Work with Engineering to validate integrations and with Operations to troubleshoot production issues.
• Adhere to STLC standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Validate and troubleshoot XML schemas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web application testing.
• Hands-on experience testing UI/Front End across multiple browser configurations.
• Proficiency in writing SQL SELECT queries for database testing.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools like JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management systems.
• Experience with web service testing.
• Ability to work within the CRM domain.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or QTP.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools including Eloqua, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with performance or security testing tools.
