Description

Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless experiences across multiple digital channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers to define opportunities through usability and empathy studies.
• Frame problems and translate insights into visual designs that meet customer needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models for low to high fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and contribute to internal design systems, standards, and best practices.
• Present visual concepts and design storytelling to stakeholders and large audiences.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in User Experience design.
• At least 2 years of experience in UI and visual design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe products.
• Experience designing for iOS, Android, Web, and Email.
• Ability to design for cross-channel experiences.
• Experience working directly with Product and Tech partners.
• Proven ability to present work to stakeholders.
• Portfolio of previous design work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex, multi-channel digital ecosystems.
