-They want someone who has experience testing in the UI because they are making a lot of changes to the UI and they need to make sure they are working properly  

-They need someone to be very strong in SQL – they need you to be able to run jobs that can create an output and can validate the output there.

-Must be able to check tables to make sure the job run correctly, create queries that replicate reports so that they can validate the report is correct

-Must be able to double check tables, making sure the tables are producing the right results in the jobs

Soft skills:

Beyond tools/skills we need someone that is a great communicator. Clearly speaks and understands English, is a vocal contributor and has leadership tendencies, willing to come up with new ideas, figure out things on their own, run a discussion when needed, and ask questions when lost.

We are an open team and need people who can admit to and ask for help!

Also, obviously this is a TEAM environment, so people who want to work as an individual and not communicate will not fit in

• Work with the delivery team and Project Stakeholders to understand the requirements and solution design
• Participate in requirement refinement sessions to provide feedback and sizing to deliver the testing activities
• Plan and execute functional test for new or modified software programs and software development procedures
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospective, demo sessions)
• Work with team to transition completed work to production
