You will own the frontend delivery, setting the standard for code quality, reliability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead frontend delivery, setting a high bar for code quality and user experience.
  • Mentor engineers and drive best practices across architecture, testing, and documentation.
  • Partner with product, UX, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable UI solutions.
  • Establish engineering hygiene, including PR workflows, design reviews, and test automation.
  • Promote responsible use of AI-assisted engineering to improve velocity and quality.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript.
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.
  • Experience with frontend architecture patterns at scale (e.g., Micro Frontends) and monorepo tooling (e.g., Nx).
  • Strong testing mindset, including unit, functional, and integration testing.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in Agile delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD Pipelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience improving coding velocity and quality using GenAI and agentic tools.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
