Job Responsibilities include:

Design and architect end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for enterprise-scale business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Define and implement RPA standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and reusable automation components to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Lead UiPath Orchestrator design and configuration, including tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers, and credential management.

Evaluate automation opportunities and determine the optimal approach using UiPath, APIs, integrations, or other automation technologies.

Collaborate with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, high-performance automation solutions and drive automation strategy.

Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, risk assessments, and support for Agile delivery processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8+ years of RPA experience and 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years as a UiPath Solution Architect.

Strong expertise in UiPath architecture, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, UiPath IXP, and Agentic Automation solutions.

Hands-on experience with Python scripting, automation governance, AWS infrastructure, and Agile delivery methodologies
