Job Responsibilities include:
Design and implement end-to-end UiPath automation solutions and enterprise-scale RPA architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
Establish automation standards, governance frameworks, reusable components, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable automation delivery.
Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments, including queues, assets, triggers, credential management, and deployment strategies.
Evaluate automation opportunities, assess application stability, and determine the most effective automation approach using UI automation, APIs, or system integrations.
Collaborate with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams while providing technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and solution design guidance.
Drive automation roadmap initiatives, support Agile delivery processes, perform risk assessments, and ensure automation reliability through robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of RPA development experience and at least 3 years as a UiPath Solution Architect.
Strong expertise in UiPath, REFramework, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath IXP, Agentic Automation, Python scripting, and enterprise-scale automation solution design.
Proven experience in RPA governance, automation architecture, Agile delivery, AWS environments, version control tools (Git/Azure DevOps), and implementing scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks
