Description

Design and implement end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise-scale solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for scalable RPA solutions.
• Architect solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable components while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design, including tenants, folders, queues, assets, and triggers.
• Assess application stability and automation feasibility, deciding between UI, API, or integration approaches.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring while collaborating with business and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years as an RPA Solution Architect.
• Expert-level knowledge of UiPath including IX, Agentic Automation, selectors, OCR, queues, and assets.
• Strong Python scripting skills for automation, data processing, and integration.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure components and version control tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA for roadmap and risk assessment.
• UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
• Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dynamic web application automation and credential management.
• Knowledge of robust exception handling and security integration patterns.
