Description

You will design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UiPath solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable components for dynamic web and API integrations.
• Lead Orchestrator setup, including tenants, folders, queues, assets, and triggers, while establishing governance and automation standards.
• Assess application stability and automation feasibility, determining optimal approaches (UI vs. API) and implementing robust exception handling and logging.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and design guidance, contributing to automation roadmaps and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions following Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in UiPath, including UiPath AI Center, Agentic Automation concepts, and UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
• Proficient in Python scripting for automation, data processing, and integration tasks.
• Deep understanding of selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management.
• Experience with version control (Git, Azure DevOps) and issue tracking (JIRA).
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure components.
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree.
