Description

Design and implement enterprise-scale UiPath automation architectures and end-to-end solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable RPA architectures, governance frameworks, and reusable components aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments, including queues, assets, triggers, credentials, and deployment strategies.
• Evaluate automation opportunities, assess application stability, and select optimal approaches using UI automation, APIs, or system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring while collaborating with business, IT, and security teams.
• Drive automation roadmaps, support Agile delivery, and ensure reliability through exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of RPA development.
• 3+ years as a UiPath Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in UiPath, REFramework, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath IXP.
• Experience with Agentic Automation and Python scripting.
• Proven track record in RPA governance and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Proficiency with AWS environments, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
