Description

You own the stability, scalability, and reliability of the UiPath automation platform across cloud and hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer UiPath Automation Cloud, Orchestrator, Maestro, Test Suite, and Agentic AI integrations.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, patching cycles, and performance tuning for high-availability workloads.
• Provision infrastructure, design hybrid architectures, and implement HA/DR strategies with SLA-backed monitoring.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation for platform issues, driving root-cause analysis and incident management.
• Enforce platform hardening, encryption, and least-privilege access while maintaining audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, reliability engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and Orchestrator administration.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and server management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for operating containerized services.
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET, Python, and SQL for troubleshooting and scripting.
• Proficiency with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or ELK.
• Proven ability to conduct platform readiness assessments and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools beyond Grafana, such as Splunk or ELK stack.
• Background in security compliance, vulnerability remediation, and identity protection.
