Description

You will own the analysis and translation of business needs into executable RPA solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities with business teams.
• Conduct process analysis, gather requirements, and perform feasibility studies for RPA.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using industry-standard tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate outputs, and coordinate sign-off.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience in an RPA/UiPath environment.
• Strong understanding of UiPath capabilities, RPA lifecycle, and process assessment frameworks.
• Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and business requirement analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
