Description

You will develop and support automation solutions using UiPath, covering L3 troubleshooting and platform enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and recommend automation solutions using advanced UiPath technologies.
• Conduct L3 development and troubleshooting for automation issues in production environments.
• Work with business users to understand issues, provide updates, and deliver resolutions.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions to maintain the knowledge base.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and environment enhancements through UAT before production deployment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development and support.
• Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience participating in change management and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath Apps.
