Description

You will lead the design, build, and management of RPA solutions while providing architectural guidance and enforcing industry best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RPA solutions, providing technical deliverables and architectural guidance.
• Lead a development team through product design, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Conduct code reviews and establish support processes to maintain enterprise stability.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during production outages.
• Mentor other developers and present deliverables to peers and management to ensure strategic alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath 19.4+ or WorkFusion 9.2+.
• UiPath or WorkFusion certification.
• Proficiency in Java SE/EE 6+, JavaScript, and Java Open Source frameworks.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Strong knowledge of DB and SQL.
• Experience with software solution design.
• Understanding of the WorkFusion Machine Learning Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, computers, information technology, or engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure and experience with Selenium for automation.
