Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath technology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, define project scope, and establish timelines.
• Configure UiPath robots, create automation workflows, and integrate with existing systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of software development experience, focused on UiPath and RPA.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath products.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, and design patterns.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Proven track record delivering automation projects from concept to completion.
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and integration methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements technically.
