Design and build internal utilities, AI-driven workflows, and backend services supporting enterprise automation platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET Core and Python, integrating Kafka and REST APIs.
• Implement GenAI workflows including RAG, embeddings, and model orchestration, deploying via AI Center.
• Design reporting dashboards and SQL pipelines for automation performance, ROI, and operational insights.
• Optimize SQL schemas and queries while enforcing clean coding standards and secure SDLC practices.
• Mentor engineers on automation frameworks and lead technical workshops for reusable assets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development with C#/.NET and Python.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Advanced SQL skills including schema design, query optimization, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with Kafka for event-driven messaging and data streaming.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services for dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and platform alignment for deployment and security.
• Working knowledge of UiPath ecosystem and automation platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ML utilities and data transformation in Python.
• Background in collaborating with data science and architecture teams.
