Description

You will manage and optimize the UiPath platform performance across on-premise and cloud environments, handling incident resolution and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize CI/CD processes and pipelines to ensure high performance and quality.
• Set up UiPath environments, including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Dameware, and VMs.
• Manage P1 and P2 incidents using ServiceNow and standard troubleshooting methodologies for RPA solutions.
• Design automation To-Be states and assist in creating Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Support UAT, production deployments, and technical configurations within client server models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the UiPath platform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Proven ability to handle high-priority P1 and P2 incidents.
• Experience communicating technical infrastructure requirements for automation deployments.
• Ability to guide developers as a Subject Matter Expert on RPA tools and functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pegasystems OpenSpan.
• Experience with Blue Prism platform support and configuration.
