Description

You will lead the delivery of robotic process automation projects and manage the UiPath process mining platform to extract insights from large datasets.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the UiPath process mining platform to identify patterns and correlations.
• Lead concurrent RPA projects through mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate RPA deliverables including PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases.
• Document process definitions, solution designs, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Mitigate project risks, manage resources, and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and process modeling.
• Experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, or Lean).
• Ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives based on value drivers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Management, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OCR technologies such as ABBYY or IBM DataCap.
