Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support robust RPA solutions using the latest UiPath platform.
• Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks following UiPath and enterprise development standards.
• Implement automation solutions using: 
  • UiPath Studio
  • UiPath Orchestrator
  • RE-Framework
  • Document Understanding
  • Integration Service
  • AI Center (preferred)
  • Process Mining and Task Mining (preferred)
• Conduct solution design workshops and technical feasibility assessments with business stakeholders.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), technical specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, infrastructure teams, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development, security, and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing ongoing support and enhancements.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor Bot performance and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3-6 years of overall experience in software development and RPA.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Experience implementing multiple enterprise-scale RPA projects from initiation through production support.
• Strong experience in automation lifecycle management, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong experience with REFramework and advanced workflow development.
• Experience developing attended, unattended, and hybrid automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with: 
  • Web automation
  • Desktop automation
  • Excel automation
  • PDF automation
  • Email automation
  • API integrations
• Strong understanding of OCR technologies and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Experience working with SQL databases and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of VB.NET and/or C# concepts relevant to UiPath development.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation governance frameworks.

Mandatory Certification

Candidates must possess an active UiPath certification aligned with the latest UiPath platform and best practices:

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced Automation Developer Professional (UiPath AADP)

Preferred

• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate
• Additional UiPath certifications related to AI Center, Automation Solution Architect, or Specialized Automation tracks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and Process Mining.
• Experience in integrating automation solutions with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Shared Services environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted automation platforms and enterprise architectural standards.
• Experience working with large-scale automation programs supporting multiple business functions.

Compliance, Security & Regulatory Requirements (Mandatory)

This position supports a manufacturing business unit that handles Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and operates under strict cybersecurity, data protection, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

General Requirements

• Must be physically located within the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship restrictions.
• Must successfully complete all required background verification and compliance checks.
• Must be eligible to support projects involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
• Must comply with organizational, customer, and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Must adhere to all confidentiality, data privacy, and information security policies.

RPA Security & Compliance Requirements

• Strong understanding of secure RPA development principles and enterprise automation governance.
• Experience implementing automations that comply with security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and segregation of duties within UiPath environments.
• Experience securing bots through credential vault integration, secure authentication, and access management controls.
• Hands-on experience with: 
  • UiPath Orchestrator Security
  • Credential Assets
  • CyberArk integration (preferred)
  • Azure Key Vault (preferred)
  • Enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions
• Experience designing automation solutions that securely process sensitive and regulated business data.
• Understanding of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements and secure data processing practices.
• Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity frameworks such as: 
  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  • IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Experience implementing secure logging, audit trails, exception handling, and monitoring controls.
• Ability to conduct security impact assessments and identify automation-related risks during solution design.
• Experience supporting internal audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities.
• Understanding of secure API integrations, encrypted communications, and sensitive data protection mechanisms.
• Ability to develop automations in accordance with enterprise change management, release management, and security review processes.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience requirements for enterprise automation platforms.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments such as manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
