Description

You will design and implement automation solutions using UiPath, integrating AI components into existing RPA workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop RPA workflows using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate AI models into automation pipelines and orchestrate multi-agent systems.
• Apply process mining and business process automation (BPA) techniques to optimize workflows.
• Advise on use cases involving intelligent automation and self-learning AI models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
• Expertise in UiPath with exposure to its AI components.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of intelligent automation and autonomous agents.
• Experience with AI-driven decision support systems.
• Familiarity with process mining and BPA.
• Ability to integrate AI models into automation pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI models (GPT, LLMs) for adaptive automation.
• Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using AI and OCR tools.
• RPA tool certifications such as UiPath Advanced Developer.
