Description

You will design, develop, and test automation solutions across the full application development life-cycle. You own the release pipeline, from go-live planning to post-live support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and debug RPA applications using modern development methodologies.
• Implement code and document all system changes according to project timelines and interface guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and technical documentation to ensure solution accuracy.
• Lead go-live planning, execution, and post-live support for automated processes.
• Mentor staff and provide technical training on new development assignments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience in RPA development.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience using UiPath.
• UiPath Certified Professional Certification.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or .NET.
• 2+ years supporting automation of manual processes for a healthcare insurer or hospital system.
• Experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms like Appian or Pegasystems.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques including APIs, Kafka, and ETL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience or exposure with Facets healthcare administration tool.
