Description

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and solutions, including AI capabilities, while owning the automation platform to ensure high availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable automation solutions and frameworks with AI integration.
• Own the automation platform, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain high availability.
• Mentor junior engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic automation and AI initiatives.
• Research and recommend emerging tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, test automation, or DevOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as RE Framework, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven track record of designing complex automation solutions at scale.
