Description

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of process automation solutions within an Agile framework.

Operate on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using the full RPA lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation for all project phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Deep understanding of RPA lifecycle and process automation design.
• Proficiency in debugging and analytical troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
