Description
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for UiPath automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and resolve technical issues related to UiPath robots, Orchestrator, and other automation components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automation workflow performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to UiPath components.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in RPA and UiPath support.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and best practices.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Ability to monitor and maintain automation workflow performance.
- Any Graduate degree.
