Description

You provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for UiPath automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and resolve technical issues related to UiPath robots, Orchestrator, and automation components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automation workflow performance to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to UiPath components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA and UiPath support.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and best practices.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to monitor and maintain automation workflow performance.
• Any Graduate degree.
