You will manage and maintain RPA operations with a focus on business process stability and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent root-cause analysis and diagnosis to resolve production issues without supervision.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to maintain system efficiency and address issues promptly.
• Conduct analysis to identify and resolve strategic issues affecting business operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Document technical processes and stay updated on industry trends and business processes.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in RPA and software development.
• Advanced knowledge of the RPA domain and UiPath technology.
• Proficiency in Java development and general software development.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and performance monitoring.
• Strong business analysis and strategic analysis capabilities.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for 24/7 shifts.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level RPA implementations.
• Understanding of operating systems and development environments.
