Description

• Assist in the implementation and oversight of IT system by provisioning RPA bots in development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage user provisioning, entitlement reviews, and service accounts in AD and ACF2 to support secure IT system operations.
• Monitor automation platforms (UIPATH and Blue Prism),analyze logs, and resolve discrepancies to maintain stability in automation systems.
• Perform system administration tasks such as creating non-personal IDs, configuring virtual machines, granting firewall access, and enabling application access to support system development , testing , and deployment of new and existing systems.
• Coordinate and implement secure access processes through Jira, review existing workflows, and ensure alignment with internal IT policies, SDLC procedures, and user requirements.
• Oversee system testing and validation activities by supervising the debug sessions in the production environment to prevent unauthorized modifications and ensure system integrity during testing activities
