Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise automation workflows using UiPath Studio. You will own the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support, while mentoring junior developers and enforcing governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex automation workflows in UiPath Studio, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and maintain detailed documentation.
• Troubleshoot existing robots, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to maintain system stability.
• Partner with the RPA Center of Excellence to implement best practices, governance, and code review standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support team members through code reviews and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Expert-level proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation design patterns.
• Strong understanding of process design, coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with root cause analysis and performance optimization for automation solutions.
• Proven ability to work with RPA Centers of Excellence and enforce governance frameworks.
• Ability to mentor technical teams and lead solution design sessions.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading agile ceremonies and facilitating collaboration with stakeholders.
• Background in creating comprehensive documentation for automation processes.
