Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex automation workflows in UiPath Studio, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Own the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.
• Troubleshoot existing robots, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and maintain documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce governance standards through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Expert proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of automation design patterns.
• Experience with root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of process design, coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to work with RPA Centers of Excellence and enforce governance frameworks.
• Ability to lead solution design sessions and mentor technical teams.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
