Description

You will design and execute the visual interface and user experience for business requirements, ensuring products meet usability and accessibility standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design user interface screens, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes based on user stories and project requirements.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and observations to develop personas, user flows, journey maps, and storyboards.
• Lead usability testing and UAT to ensure conformance with UI/UX best practices and ADA requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to validate business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Advise development teams on accessibility requirements, coding standards, and ADA vulnerability remediation.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in user interface design.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in user research.
• Proficiency in User Interface Design and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Graphic Design and Interaction Design.
• Knowledge of ADA Compliance and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Ability to perform usability and accessibility testing.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/certification in graphic design, interaction design, or visual communication.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous projects and skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing to a specific set of design standards.
• Experience performing specific ADA and usability testing protocols.
