Description

You establish and execute application look, feel, and user interface design for IT solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Gather requirements, conduct user research, interviews, and testing to identify usability needs and pain points.
• Create personas, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Lead visual design, usability, and accessibility efforts, ensuring conformance with design patterns and ADA requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business owners, project teams, and developers to ensure consistent product quality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in UI design and user research.
• Expertise in UI/UX principles and UI Design execution.
• Proven experience with Testing, including usability and accessibility (ADA/WCAG) testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience in requirements analysis and scope understanding.
• Familiarity with design standards and ADA vulnerability remediation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.
