UI/UX Business Analyst

You will act as a UI/UX Business Analyst within an agile/scrum software development team.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and solution recommendations.
• Develop functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and system design specifications.
• Conduct joint applications development sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Define and capture user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams.
• Write UAT test scripts from use cases and perform UAT testing.
• Identify project risks and track requirements throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects.
• Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Visio, and Draw.io.
• Hands-on experience with ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to document business processes and complex data flow diagrams.
• Strong ability to communicate with technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
• Analytical skills to evaluate alternative solutions and problem-solving approaches.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
