Lead UX strategy and manage end-to-end user experience activities for complex solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute UX strategy for complex solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
• Develop information architecture, navigational flows, and comprehensive user journeys.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of IT industry experience.
• 7-8 years of dedicated UX experience.
• Proven UX certification and an excellent design portfolio.
• Hands-on expertise in wireframing and high-fidelity mock-up creation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability for abstract thinking.
• Experience interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work independently and set team goals with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of current and next-generation technology trends.
