Description

You will lead the visual design process from initial concept through final hand-off to technical teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages, including the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Architects to define project direction and experience.
• Develop and maintain responsive UI, style guides, and design standards focused on usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and test web pages to ensure they meet accessibility standards.
• Work directly with developers to correct UI implementations that deviate from design specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction.
• Proficiency in Axure RP or Adobe Figma for storyboarding and wireframing.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3) for rapid prototyping.
• Proven ability to create style guides, process flows, and responsive user interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong English communication skills for presenting visual and verbal concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and handle changing business priorities.
