Description

You will lead the visual design and user experience strategy for complex project requirements.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off for technical implementation.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and responsive UI to communicate interaction design.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and developers to align user experience with business goals.
• Present and defend design deliverables and key milestones to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and test web pages to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Figma.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams alongside Business Analysts.
• Proven track record of establishing design guidelines, best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience translating complex design roadblocks into simple, user-friendly solutions.
