Description

You will drive discovery, design, workflows, and usability testing for internal and external enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business requirements.
• Simplify complex processes to reduce cognitive load and minimize user errors.
• Utilize existing Design Systems and UI styles to maintain consistency across applications.
• Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.
• Perform design quality assurance during the development phase and ensure designs meet accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Strong interaction design skills and understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex research findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
