Description

Lead end-to-end UX design lifecycle for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile-first products.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in UI/UX design and visual design.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer, or Axure.
• Strong background in UX research, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Maze, or Google Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Applications or SaaS Platforms.
• Exposure to BFSI or Healthcare domains.
• A/B testing and data-driven design experience.
