You will lead UX strategy and design direction for AI/ML products and enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy for AI/ML products, focusing on intelligent experiences and workflow automation.
• Apply design thinking to transform complex technologies into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
• Architect scalable, modular design systems to unify AI tools across a global digital platform.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and data scientists to translate vision into user-first experiences.
• Mentor designers and advocate for design excellence within agile, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically leading design for enterprise or AI-driven products.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design toolkits.
• Deep fluency in Design Thinking, interaction design, and human-centered methodologies.
• Proven ability to design complex, data-intensive applications.
• Experience working with AI/ML product teams or on digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in ensuring accessibility, usability, and performance in enterprise contexts.
• Any Graduate degree.
