Description

Lead technical design and execution across product development lifecycles while owning UI/UX strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define system enhancements and integrate functions for new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application programming and design adhere to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Develop and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in React Js.
• Strong skills in UI/UX Design, Prototyping, and Wireframing.
• Extensive experience in Software Architecture and System Analysis.
• Experience in Project Management and Team Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
