You will design complex, complete digital environments with a focus on Salesforce-centric programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for complex digital solutions using Figma.
• Conduct user research, testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis to validate designs.
• Translate abstract ideas into concrete design implications and design systems.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and clients to define requirements and deliver approved solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to mobile-first, responsive, and accessibility best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of total design experience, including 4+ years in UX design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Axure and Zeplin for prototyping and handoff.
• Deep understanding of Interaction Design and Platform Experience Design.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable Design Systems.
• Experience designing for Salesforce-centric ecosystems.
• Strong grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) planning and execution.
• Effective communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience synthesizing industry trends into practical design innovations.
