You will design user experiences for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and define information architecture.
• Create wireframes and functional prototypes for AI/ML-driven features.
• Plan and execute usability testing cycles.
• Design responsive user interfaces and data visualizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven UX design experience with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO.
• Expertise in designing for complex systems (government, healthcare, or finance).
• Strong command of data visualization techniques.
• Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
